This is our deep self-care work, a completely different breathwork experience. Clearing breathwork releases emotions that are unconsciously stuck in the nervous system opening us to experience gratitude and self-love in ways never imagined.
We all experience stressful moments and at times feel the pressures and overwhelm of our busy lives. Often, our days are spent on auto-pilot and we don’t recognize the toll these pressures are having till life presents us with challenges we can no longer ignore.
Clearing Breathwork can be a game changer, it’s the fastest way I’ve found to release the emotional turbulence these pressures can have in our lives.
Here’s what you can expect:
Each class is inspired by a theme: it may be letting go, clarity, acceptance, self-love, forgiveness, relationships and so much more. The theme is a guide for reflection and helps us set our intention for class. Each class you will find your connection, intention and experience will be different. Clearing Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing and opening to exactly what you need in the moment.
